Find us in the Fabrication and Welding Halls!

South (Fabrication) Hall, Booth A4912

Hypertherm's Fabrication Hall Booth features our industry first X-Definition plasma technology which combines engineering advances and refined high definition plasma processes to deliver unmatched plasma cut quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. In addition, find our HyPrecision Predictive waterjet pumps, with technology designed to provide warning of upcoming maintenance needs. Not sure which technology is right for you? See and touch our cut samples highlighting six different cutting processes: oxyfuel, three plasma processes, waterjet, and laser. Whether you're cutting metal or other materials, we can help identify the best solution for your needs.

South (Fabrication) Hall, Booth A5015

Just across the aisle, you'll find our ProNest nesting software. This advanced CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting contains targeted features and enhancements designed to make customers more efficient and profitable. Our most feature-rich version yet, ProNest 2019 remains easy to use with a highly intuitive user interface that benefits both new and experienced users. In addition, you can ask to see a demonstration of ProNest LT, a still powerful version of ProNest at a lower price point for lighter production environments running small CNC cutting tables.

North (Welding) Hall, Booth B17026

Hypertherm's Powermax air plasma takes center stage in the Welding Hall. Stop by our booth to see our entire line-up of Powermax products, specialty torches and consumables. Activities will include multiple daily demonstrations of cutting, gouging, flush cutting, extended reach cutting, marking, and CNC table cutting. Demonstration stations will make it easy for attendees to try out these various processes for themselves. Stop by on Day 1, which falls on Veterans Day this year, to cut with a Powermax and we will donate $5 to Workshop for Warriors, a San Diego based nonprofit that provides vocational training to veterans and transitioning service members. Also, enter to win one of three Powermax45 XP systems.

The Welding Hall also features Hypertherm's Robotmaster. See live demonstrations of Robotmaster Version 7.1. This newest version of Hypertherm's task-based robot programming platform contains more than 500 improvements, features, and bug fixes that make it possible for welding, cutting, painting, sanding and other process professionals to easily program industrial robots without having to buy or learn complex CAD/CAM software.
